Uptogether Healthcare is a NDIS registered Disability Support Services provider. Our team has an extensive experience in the healthcare sector, aged care, disability, youth work and education. We understand that every individual is different and that is why we are committed to providing personalized services to ensure the quality care is provided at all times. Care standards and participants satisfaction are closely monitored to ensure standards of service delivery are maintained.
We respect & understand participants from a diverse range of ethnic and cultural groups. Our Support Workers are selected for their work ethics, experience, language skills and empathetic nature. They are practical, observant and respectful. We are managed by our founding members, who have diverse experience in Disability, Education, Youth, Nursing, Business Management and Aged Care.
We acknowledge the Traditional owners of the land that we work and live on. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present, and future, and extend that respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
